Kelsey DeAndrade, Esq.

 I predominantly specialize in criminal defense and child welfare law. However, I accept a limited amount of cases in other areas of the law.

I take an empathetic and fierce approach to my practice of law. My goal is to provide clients with quality representation and help them feel empowered through the legal process. It is my aim to make my clients feel that I am accessible to answer their questions and they are kept up to date about the progress of their case.

I accept cases predominantly in Worcester County; but, I am available to travel all over the state of Massachusetts.

My legal career began with representing clients in the juvenile court in a student capacity in 2017 at the Committee for Public Counsel Services Child and Family Law Division and the Suffolk Juvenile Defenders Clinic at Suffolk University Law School.

After graduation, I worked as a law clerk for honorable justices of the Juvenile Court in Massachusetts until 2020. 

At the end of my clerkship in 2020, I became a practicing trial attorney at the Committee for Public Counsel Services Children and Family Law Division until I launched my own practice in January of 2024.
